YouTube is the largest video sharing service in the world, and it is one of the best places online for Internet marketing.  A good YouTube marketing strategy can blast your affiliate business into orbit, as long as you know how to introduce your marketing campaign.  A lot of Internet entrepreneurs have uploaded videos as a part of a YouTube marketing strategy, but apparently did not get the results they were looking for, as their channels have been left alone, and never updated. This is not how you do YouTube marketing!

1.  An initial video offering should be followed by more video content in order to keep your YouTube marketing campaign going, keep it interesting, and see results from your efforts. Making a video for YouTube is a quick and easy, not to mention an inexpensive way to get enormous exposure for your business. However, you must understand the basics of YouTube, and the rules and etiquette that are already in place on the site. If these rules are not followed, you stand a chance of having your YouTube account terminated.

2.  Think before you post comments on any of the videos that are on YouTube, for that comment is going to have an effect on what others think of your business and you. Spam, negativity, and foul language will more than likely get you reported to YouTube by users of the service who were offended. Be businesslike, but personable in your YouTube marketing strategy.

3.  Always make sure that the content you post is yours and yours alone. Do not use any sort of copyrighted music in your YouTube marketing video unless you have a license to do so, and this also applies to clips from television or movies. Your YouTube marketing strategy should be unique. Now that Google owns YouTube, Google AdWords can be added to your videos. Not only can you make a little money this way, but you can also garner additional advertising for your web site, products, and services.
