1. Stop checking your email.

2. Stop picking up the phone from unknown callers.

3. Stop checking your Facebook/MySpace/YouTube account to once per day or less

4. Stop doing things that don’t build your business.

5. Set up an email just for your business (GMail.com recommended highly.  It’s free and powerful.)  Check it twice a day (or your preference… just not 24/7, ok?)
